WILLIAM J. COHEN:
William J. Cohen was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1972. He attended Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and obtained his JD in 1977. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1978 and the Michigan Bar in 1979.
He has tried well over 100 jury trials both as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, and plaintiff’s counsel in civil cases. Every case is different and every case is unique.
The results of any case depend upon the facts and circumstances. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury cases, criminal defense, trials and appeals.
He was a deputy prosecuting attorney for 5 years, and has represented 1000s of persons who have been accused of criminal offenses, including, but not limited to, driving while intoxicated, traffic tickets, drug offenses and serious felonies. |
